Who we are
Next Take Media (“Next Take Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) scripts, films, edits and produces video ad creatives for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through nexttakemedia.com and its pages (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
Information we collect
We collect the following when you use the Site or book a call with us:
- Contact details you give us: your first and last name, email address and phone number.
- Application answers: the answers you give to the questions in our booking form, such as your business name, business type and advertising details.
- Booking details: the date and time of your call, and any changes you make to it.
- Visit and campaign data: the page you arrived from, campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as utm_source, utm_campaign, fbclid or gclid), and a random visitor ID stored in your browser so we can tell which campaign led to a booking.
- Technical data: your browser type, device, IP address and pages viewed, collected automatically by our site host.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or text message.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- schedule, confirm and prepare for your call;
- send you booking confirmations, reminders and information about your call by email and, if you agree, by text message;
- respond to your questions and provide our services if you become a client;
- understand which pages, videos and campaigns bring in bookings, so we can improve our marketing;
- keep the Site secure and comply with our legal obligations.
Cookies and browser storage
The Site stores a small amount of data in your browser (local storage) to remember the campaign that brought you to us and a random visitor ID. Our site host and booking calendar may also set their own cookies to make those tools work and measure their use. You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings; the Site will still work, although campaign attribution may not. Our Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, who may use it only to provide their services to us:
- our website and CRM platform (HighLevel), which hosts the Site and its videos and stores contact records and emails;
- our booking calendar (iClosed) and the calendar and video-meeting tools used for calls;
- our workflow automation and internal team messaging tools, which pass booking details to our team.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you messages about your booked call, such as confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to follow up on your call and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect your information
We use reputable service providers and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email, and opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
California residents. Depending on your circumstances, California law may give you the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to access, correct or delete it; and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Children's privacy
The Site and our services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
